Seniors Helping Seniors offers many personalized in-home senior care services. Our mature Homemaker/Companion and Certified Home Health Aide services are specially developed for seniors throughout Morris County. Our unique in-home services program matches mature Homemakers/Companions to seniors who are in need of a little assistance to maintain an independent lifestyle.
Our mature Homemakers/Companions come from all walks of life – many are working part time or recently retired but very active with a desire to give back to their communities. They often come from helping professions – nursing, teaching and other human services backgrounds and typically have experience in caregiving for friends and family.
Our Certified Home Health Aides are licensed by the State of New Jersey and have completed a rigorous 76 hour training program to ensure they can assist you or your loved one with any activities of daily living.
We have accumulated many years of experience working in both facilities such as assisted living and home care.
All of our caregivers undergo a comprehensive pre-employment screening process for your safety and peace of mind that includes two interviews, professional and employment reference checks, local and national criminal and department of motor vehicle background check. After pre-employment screening and hiring, we provide our caregivers with thorough client services training, as well as ongoing support through in-service education and trainings.
